SOCAR supplies 2 million tons a year through port of Rotterdam

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan-Dutch Business Forum has been held in Baku today.
 
Speaking at the opening ceremony the mayor of Rotterdam, Ahmed Aboutaleb, stated that the port of Rotterdam is the largest port and gateway to Europe, through which, in addition to oil and gas, food and other products are supplied.
 
The head of the Export & Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), Rufat Mammadov, said that by the end of 2012 the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands amounted to $160 million, and for Jan-Sept 2013 - $131 million with an increase of 16% over the same period of last year.
