THE Alliance boosts service to Med-N America east coast network coverage

Shipping lines participating in THE Alliance - Hapag-Lloyd, "K"Line, MOL, NYK and Yang Ming - have announced "enhancements" to their proposed Mediterranean-North America east coast service offering that they plan to launch at the beginning of April 2017 along with all of their other services, subject to regulatory approval.

"By differentiating the port coverage within the Mediterranean, the members of THE Alliance will offer their customer's superior transit times between the two important regions US/Canada and Mediterranean," it said.
